Pricing
A small base, and the parts you switch on.
Per property, per month — not per room. Start with a page behind a QR code and add the rest when you actually want it, because a hotel that wants a directory should not be sold an order router it will never open.
- Per property, not per room
- No charge per order or per guest
- Cancel an add-on and keep your data
The base — everything starts here

- Your logo, your colour, your name on the page

Straight about it
Which of these numbers are settled
The €20 base is confirmed. Every add-on and bundle figure on this page is indicative while we finish pricing, and we will put the final numbers in writing before anything is signed.
We would rather show you the shape of the commercial model than make you book a call to find out whether it is per room. If a figure moves, it will move before you have committed to it and not after.
Not metered
What you are never charged for
- Rooms
- Twenty or five hundred, the price is the same. This is the big departure from how the category prices, and it is deliberate.
- Staff accounts
- Every colleague who needs the queue gets a login. Charging per seat is how a hotel ends up sharing one.
- Orders and bookings
- A busy Saturday costs you nothing extra. A product that charges per transaction is a product with an interest in friction.
- Languages
- Every language your guests arrive in, included.
- The in-room tablet
- The same application with a layout mode set. It is not a second product and it is not a second price.
- Your own domain
- Point a hostname at us and it works. No premium tier for looking like yourself.

Questions
The usual ones
Is it priced per room?
No. It is per property, per month. Per-room pricing is the industry habit and it punishes exactly the hotels that benefit most — a 500-room resort does not cost us twenty-five times what a twenty-room boutique does to run.
What does the €20 actually get us?
A page for the property behind one QR code, in your own colours, with your own information on it: the directory, Wi-Fi, reception hours, how to get around, anything you write. One QR code with a printable card, your own address, and a console login to keep it up to date. No sign-in for guests — they scan it and read it. It is a real product on its own.
Are these prices final?
The €20 base is. The add-on and bundle figures are indicative while we finish pricing, and we will confirm them in writing before anything is signed. We would rather show you the shape of it than make you ask.
Can we start small and add later?
That is the whole design. A hotel that wants a directory and a QR code should not be sold an order router it will never open. Each add-on switches on a surface that is already built, so adding one takes effect immediately rather than becoming a project.
What happens if we turn something off?
The screens it opened stop being offered and the data stays. Nothing is deleted because you stopped paying for a module, and turning it back on returns you to where you were.
Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding is quoted per property, because it depends on how much content already exists and how much of it we are building for you. It is a one-off, not a monthly.
Do you take a commission on what guests spend?
Not on room service or dining. Revenue attribution is tracked from the first day so that you can see what the upsell engine earned, and if we ever propose a commercial arrangement on upsell it will be a separate, explicit conversation rather than a line in a subscription.
What is not charged for?
Staff accounts, guest accounts, the number of rooms, the number of orders, the in-room tablet layout, languages, and your own domain. None of those are metered.
Tell us the property, get the number.
One email with how many rooms and how many outlets, and we will come back with a written quote rather than a discovery call.
