About MPiFY
Built in Malta, for properties like the ones around us.
Experience 360 exists because we spent a long time looking at what hotels in this region are actually sold — and at what happens to it three weeks after the training session, when the floor has gone back to a printed docket and a radio.
- Hosted in Frankfurt
- In use at db Seabank Resort & Spa
- One product, not an agency retainer
Why this exists
The category is broad and dated
The incumbent products in hotel guest experience are wide. They will sell you a concierge module, an upsell module, a survey module, a loyalty module, a gift voucher module, a staff app, an in-room tablet and a Wi-Fi portal — eight line items that are, underneath, three systems and a lot of skinning. The breadth is real, and so is the price list.
What they tend not to survive is contact with a busy service. The guest side demos beautifully. The staff side takes five taps to acknowledge an order, so the floor stops using it, and the hotel concludes that guest apps do not work. We have watched that happen, which is why the staff app in this product was designed first and why two taps is a number we will not move.
The second thing we took seriously is how long it takes to go live. Three weeks of setup is not engineering — it is somebody typing your menus into a form. Starting from what a property already publishes turns that into a day, and it is the single biggest difference between this and what you have been quoted before.
How we work
What you can expect from us
- We tell you what it cannot do
- Every page on this site has a section about what is missing — rotas, staff two-factor, offline for the queue. You will find out eventually; it is cheaper for both of us if you find out now.
- We do not invent references
- The property named on this site is named with their agreement, and every figure shown in a screenshot on this site belongs to a hotel that does not exist. We are not going to publish a real customer’s covers to sell software.
- One product, not a project
- This is a product with a roadmap, not a bespoke build billed by the hour. What we write for one property is available to all of them, and what you ask for may well ship for everybody.
- European by default
- Guest data lives in Frankfurt because most of our customers are European and the alternative creates a paperwork problem we would rather nobody had.

Where it runs
The unglamorous facts
- Data
- PostgreSQL in Frankfurt, European Union. Guest records, orders, messages and content all live there.
- Applications
- Three surfaces — guest, staff and console — deployed independently in Germany, so one being updated does not interrupt the others.
- Isolation
- Row-level security in the database, applied to every query from every caller, and tested as an attacker on every build.
- Notifications
- Web push through the browser’s own service. No vendor account and no per-message fee, which is why notifications are not a premium tier.
