The guest’s phone
Scanning the card, the directory, ordering room service, booking a table, and watching the status change as we work the ticket on the other screen.
See it working
No slides. We set your own property up beforehand, so you are looking at your restaurants and your room numbers rather than somebody else’s, and you can take the phone and order something yourself.
What we show you
Scanning the card, the directory, ordering room service, booking a table, and watching the status change as we work the ticket on the other screen.
The ticket arriving, two taps to acknowledge, what a department does and does not see, and what happens when something ages past its target.
Changing a price, closing a restaurant for a night, holding tables back from non-residents, and what the reports actually tell you on a Monday.
Bring the right people
We would rather show this to a head of housekeeping than a boardroom, because they are the person who decides whether it is still being used in month three.
A general manager can tell in ten minutes whether the guest app looks like the property. Only the people who will work the queue can tell you whether they will still be working it after a busy Saturday, and they will tell you honestly if you are in the room.
Straight about it
It would be easy to put a ‘try it live’ button here and we are not going to until it is real.
A public sandbox needs a property of its own — an invented hotel with invented prices, reset every night — so that nobody browsing a marketing site ends up inside a real customer’s console looking at their covers and their guests. Building that properly is a small piece of work and it is on the list.
Until it exists, the honest version is a person walking you through it on your own content, which takes twenty minutes and tells you more anyway.

“We would rather show this to a head of housekeeping than a boardroom. They are the person who decides whether it is still being used in month three.”
What happens next
Either works. The URL is enough for us to have your property ready before we speak.
